Prior to starting CS&A, John was a product manager at beyerdynamic for six years, created their Contracting Mic Division, served as National Consultants Liaison, and was Inside Sales Coordinator. Prior to beyerdynamic, John worked with various Rep firms in the Metro NY area.
In addition to John's work activities, he's a musician and plays bass in several different projects. He does several side projects which include recording and sitting in with other groups covering many styles of music from Bluegrass to Celtic, Rock, Blues, Prog and Jazz.
John is also an avid bicycle rider, and raced at the semi-pro ranks for several years.
Michael's background as a microphone specialist goes back to 1979 when he was drafted by Shure Brothers as the youngest product manager in their company's history. He was involved with the development of some of the most popular microphones ever made and still used today. He also worked at Electro Voice and Jensen prior to joining beyerdynamic where he was National Sales Manager for beyerdynamic's Pro Audio and Broadcast Division.
Michael's world wide travels in his previous positions had him working closely with some of the most influential professionals in the music, touring, pro audio, recording, broadcast, retail, film and business world. Michael is a true seasoned professional with a long list of credentials to back it up.
Outside the business world Michael is an established guitar player and historian of guitars and amplifiers.
Greg has over 30 years of experience in the audiovisual industry and is widely recognized for his audio expertise. He brings a broad background in the technical aspects of the A/V Industry and specifically with conferencing technologies including TCP/IP networks, Acoustic Echo Cancellation, open architecture DSP, and various UCC platforms to the CS&A team.
Prior to joining the CS&A team as Chief Technology Officer, Greg was a Field Applications Engineer with Symetrix, Inc. a world leader in the development and manufacturing of digital audio signal processing (DSP) systems and accessories where he represented Symetrix products in North America including the Northeastern regions represented by CS&A.
Prior to Symetrix, he was a Senior Technical Applications Engineer at Polycom Inc., a Senior Project Engineer at Video Corporation of America and a Field Applications Engineer with ClearOne
Greg delivered technical certification training to Symetrix partners, and supported the Symetrix partner eco-system with both remote and on-site design, programming and setup services.
He was awarded CTS-D certification in 2000.
In his spare time, Greg is a certified high performance driving instructor with the National Auto Sport Association.
Susan Joins CS&A on July 7, 2014. She is an industry veteran with a proven track record who has worked in the AV Industry for over 20 years.
She is a graduate of Boston College with a BS in Computer Science. She has spent her career in Technology Sales, Sales, and Channel Management.
Susan started her career in the Telecommunications Industry, and has held key positions at Nortel, Avaya, Clear One, Sony, and Logitech. She has high energy, is very familiar with the technology offerings at CS&A, and enjoys helping clients design solutions.
Suasn lives with her family in Southern New Hampshire, is a Boston sports teams supporter, and enjoys traveling to the Caribbean.
Allan joined CS&A in 2001. Born in Scotland, Allan grew up around music. Prior to coming to the states in 1990, he was a touring musician. From 1990 to 1993 Allan was the Sales and Marketing Director at Cotton Hill Studios in Colonie NY.
From 1993 to 2000, Allan was a Sales Manager and Project Manager at Specialized Audio-Visual Inc. (SAVI) where he worked on major AV projects like the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas, Luxor Egyptian Theatre, Blue Man Group, Lance Burton Theatre, Starlight Express and many others. Allan is a graduate of Syn-Aud-Con.
Allan, now a Pennsylvania resident continues to develop and hone his skills as a well respected Manufacturers Representative. He is still an active musician playing several different instruments, and plays at numerous musical events throughout the year.
Ken joined CS&A in 2001. Born in Meridian MS., Ken spent most of his professional career at Peavey Electronics where he climbed the ranks from a service technician all the way up through a Regional Sales Manager for the South East for their MI Division. He ultimately became National Sales Manager for Peavey's Commercial Division.
Ken played an important role in the introduction of the MediaMatrix DSP platform.
Ken has established his position in the Middle Atlantic region, continues to grow and has become a highly respected key manufacturers representative for the region.
Rich joined CS&A in May 2008. His career path has had him involved in all aspects of audio and video from rental to staging to club design as well as systems design.
Rich grew up in Paramus, NJ. He attended Ramapo College, where he started out as an Environmental Science major, then switched to Physics.
He Currently lives in Cornwall New York with his wife Regina and daughter Alyssa. Rich works with his town's Fourth of July Committee putting on one of the areas most popular and ambitious holiday celebrations. He also does volunteer work for the Hudson Valley Ballet Theatre.
Rich enjoys hiking, collecting vintage audio gear, and enjoys good music of virtually any style or genre.
Drew, who lives in Northern New Jersey will assume account and consultant responsibilities in the Metro NY/NJ/CT region, but will also have additional responsibilities regarding assisting in demos with strategic projects throughout our territories in the Mid Atlantic and New England as well.
He comes to CS&A with an extensive background and successful career in the world of recording, pro audio, DSP programming, intercom, and exrensive system design. He has represeted many of the industries leading manufacturers, including Clear One, ClearCom/HME, QSC, Whirlwind, Allen & Heath, Fulcrum Acoustics, Genelec, Key Digital, Point Source Audio, TeachLogic, AKG just to name a few.
He was a partner in a own recording studio and has numerous recording credits to his name and contributed to Gold, Platinum, Grammy, Cleo, Big Apple, CMA, Stereo Review, Peabody, ASCAP, Armstrong, and Gabriel Awards.
He is an excellent musician who plays several instruments.
As Office Manager, Priscilla's responsibilities include overseeing the Inside Sales Team, direct interface with all CS&A manufacturers on a daily basis, direct interface to all CS&A field sales offices, accounts payable and receivables, order entry, order tracking and expediting, literature coordination, payroll, commissions, lead distribution, trade show travel and coordination.
Priscilla has been nominated numerous times as Best Inside Sales Support Person, often earning these honors over compaines with larger staffs. She is the backbone and glue of CS&A.
Jane is an industry veteran who has worked in the AV industry for over 20 years. She is a very detail oriented individual with a firm grasp on the needs of our customers.
Having worked for several manufacturers of racks, ceiling speakers and accessory peripherals, Jane is well equipped to assist our customers in deciphering model, item, and SKU numbers for the products we represent.
Jane is a great addition to the award winning CS&A team.
