Our History

Allan joined CS&A in 2001. Born in Scotland, Allan grew up around music.  Prior to coming to the states in 1990, he was a touring musician. After 20 Successful years at CS&A, Allan has left to enjoy performing music full time.

Bob spent 14 years with CS&A and helped to grow the New England business with expert relationship management skills.  He was ultra-responsive to his clients and created many friendships and loyal customers during his tenure.

Drew spent 8 years at CS&A with a focus on the TriState region before retiring and will continue to remain in CS&A’s orbit and solar system working behind the scenes, on certain pro-audio-related projects. 

During his 18-year career with CS&A Ken was instrumental in significantly growing the Mid Atlantic region.  His contributions to CS&A were immeasurable.  

Cardone, Solomon & Associates announces the retirement of Rich Trombitas after 50 remarkable years in the Audio Visual Industry. Rich's expertise spanned sound and lighting systems for discotheques, places of worship, entertainment venues, restaurants, pubs, theaters, and educational institutions. He excelled in AV rental, sharing his Pro Audio knowledge and designing exceptional sound systems. Rich's tenure at Bose and CS&A showcased his unmatched audio prowess. His legacy lives on through the countless people he educated and the impeccable systems he delivered. Rich's retirement is well-deserved, and we wish him the very best. 

Susan spent 7.5 years with Cardone Solomon managing and growing the New England Region.  She has moved on, opening Rullo Technology,  an online nationwide distribution business, serving the channel.
